We arrived just when there was a power cut. Obviously the receptionist was a bit nervous and she could not do the check in as she was on the phone trying to sort out the problem. She was concerned with the safety of her current customers but she let us know what was happening and dealt with the incident very professionally and with a smile. We went to have food while she was dealing with the issue and on our way back everything was fine, she was relaxed and very friendly. As usual we like this hotel for the comfy beds, pillows, the cleanliness and the late check out that allows us to use the swimming pool in the morning.

Great hotel, well presented and easy to find. It is clean and fresh, the rooms were big and well sound proof, with kettle and tea/coffee available, beds are comfy. The kids were delighted to jump in the swimming pool after a long car trip. The staff was very nice and helpful. They graciously accepted to postpone our initial booking date by 2 nights which we really appreciated. Also there are restaurants nearby where you can walk to from the hotel. We didn't get breakfast there so I can't comment on that but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

It's close to the highway, walking distance from restaurants and supermarkets, and even if you have kids, there are things to do. My son had fun at the next door indoor playground and swimming at the hotel's pool. Not to forget to mention the staff was super helpful, utterly friendly, and professional. To sum it all up, even for an overnight stay,. it was lovely. I will be coming back soon.

The receptionist - Luna - was very welcoming - she said we were booked into a roadside room but offered us a quieter room - which we gratefully accepted. Luna also allowed her to use her own personal ice scraper to remove ice and snow from the car windows. Good job Luna!
