We arrived just when there was a power cut. Obviously the receptionist was a bit nervous and she could not do the check in as she was on the phone trying to sort out the problem. She was concerned with the safety of her current customers but she let us know what was happening and dealt with the incident very professionally and with a smile. We went to have food while she was dealing with the issue and on our way back everything was fine, she was relaxed and very friendly. As usual we like this hotel for the comfy beds, pillows, the cleanliness and the late check out that allows us to use the swimming pool in the morning.

It was super clean, and the rooms were absolutely quietude, which allowed me to have a good rest after a long drive. The location was perfect, too. It's close to the highway, walking distance from restaurants and supermarkets, and even if you have kids, there are things to do. My son had fun at the next door indoor playground and swimming at the hotel's pool. Not to forget to mention the staff was super helpful, utterly friendly, and professional. To sum it all up, even for an overnight stay,. it was lovely. I will be coming back soon.

Great hotel, well presented and easy to find. It is clean and fresh, the rooms were big and well sound proof, with kettle and tea/coffee available, beds are comfy. The kids were delighted to jump in the swimming pool after a long car trip. The staff was very nice and helpful. They graciously accepted to postpone our initial booking date by 2 nights which we really appreciated. Also there are restaurants nearby where you can walk to from the hotel. We didn't get breakfast there so I can't comment on that but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

All staff I met were very friendly and helpful and I sensed a good atmosphere between the staff Very clean réceptionist very accommodating to our room requirements Good sized rooms Very adequate pool and long opening hours Large and comfortable beds Carpet in room which we personally like! 24 hour reception... Facility to refreeze freezer blocks

Friendly and helpful staff . Located close to motorway and shopping centre nearby . Good parking facilities and nice indoor pool . Good breakfast with local produce on offer , catered well for Gluten free .

The breakfast was very nice.The staff were excellent and specially.The girl on the reception Katy.She was very, very helpful.I'm very good in general.It was a nice day and a very good stuff.I would recommend it to everybody

Excellent location off the motorway following a long, tiring drive. The receptionist - Luna - was very welcoming - she said we were booked into a roadside room but offered us a quieter room - which we gratefully accepted. Luna also allowed her to use her own personal ice scraper to remove ice and snow from the car windows. Good job Luna!

this was purely a stop off on our drive to Spain, we had low expectations. the service from the staff was exceptional! we were very impressed. the beds were incredibly comfortable. really tasty and plentiful breakfast (which the staff put out early as we were leaving so early, hence the 5* review- amazing). we didn’t make it to the pool. parking felt safe. didn’t have any noise from other rooms/doors slamming that you often expect. working lift and convenient location for a quick dinner before bed.

The lady at reception was fantastic. Very welcoming and a lovely personality. Lovely clean facility. Bed very comfortable, pool fantastic.. Windows soundproofed . Fabulous breakfast.

This hotel is becoming one of our favourite on our way from the UK to South of France (and back). Being able to check out late and enjoy the swimming pool in the morning is really a bonus with the kids.
